Supervisory Board and also procurator of Allianz ZB d.o.o. voluntary pension funds management company, Podravka Inc., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252, hereby informs that Allianz ZB d.o.o. voluntary pension funds management company has acquired – 6.184 ordinary shares of Podravka Inc. of the PODR-R-A ticker as follows:
