Pursuant to the Capital Market Law and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, and considering the fact that Mr. Dinko Novoselec is the member of Podravka Inc. Supervisory Board and also procurator of Allianz ZB d.o.o. voluntary pension funds management company, Podravka Inc., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252, hereby informs that Allianz ZB d.o.o. voluntary pension funds management company has acquired – 1.494 ordinary shares of Podravka Inc. of the PODR-R-A ticker as follows:

• for AZ Profit has acquired 1.218 shares,
• for AZ VIP has acquired 36 shares,
• for AZ HKZP has acquired 111 shares,
• for AZ Zagreb has acquired 129 shares,

Shares have been acquired by trading at the Zagreb Stock Exchange on 23rd December 2013 at an average price of HRK 254,97 per share.
