Pursuant to the Capital Market Law and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, and considering the fact that Mr. Dinko Novoselec is the member of Podravka Inc. Supervisory Board and also procurator of Allianz ZB d.o.o. voluntary pension funds management company, Podravka Inc., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252, hereby informs that Allianz ZB d.o.o. voluntary pension funds management company has acquired 1.005 ordinary shares of Podravka Inc. of the PODR-R-A ticker as follows:

-	for AZ Profit	has acquired	614 shares,
-	for AZ ZABA	has acquired	327 shares,

• for Auto Hrvatska has acquired 64 shares,

Shares have been acquired by trading at the Zagreb Stock Exchange on 19th December 2013 at an average price of HRK 253,95 per share.
