Pursuant to the Capital Market Law and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, and considering the fact that Mr. Dinko Novoselec is the member of Podravka Inc. Supervisory Board and also procurator of Allianz ZB d.o.o. voluntary pension funds management company, Podravka Inc., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252, hereby informs as follows:

• Allianz ZB d.o.o. voluntary pension funds management company has acquired for AZ Profit pension fund 287 ordinary shares of Podravka Inc. of the PODR-R-A ticker as follows: 200 shares at an average price of HRK 253.00 and 87 shares at an average price of HRK 251.00 per share,
• shares have been acquired by trading at the Zagreb Stock Exchange on 17 th May 2013.
