Pursuant to the provisions of the Capital Market Law and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, and considering the fact that Mr. Dubravko Štimac is the President of PODRAVKA d.d. Supervisory Board and also President of the Management Board of PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE Joint Stock Company for Compulsory Pension Fund, PODRAVKA d.d., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, OIB: 18928523252, hereby informs as follows:

• PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE Joint Stock Company for Compulsory Pension Fund has acquired for PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE Mandatory Pension Fund 3.350 ordinary shares of PODRAVKA d.d. of the PODR-R-A ticker,
• shares have been acquired by trading at the Zagreb Stock Exchange on 12 th October 2012 at an average price of HRK 245.15 per share.
