Pursuant to the provisions of the Capital Market Law and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, and considering the fact that Dinko Novoselec is the Member of PODRAVKA d.d. Supervisory Board and also procurator of Allianz ZB d.o.o. voluntary pension funds management company, PODRAVKA d.d., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, OIB: 18928523252, hereby informs that Allianz ZB d.o.o. voluntary pension funds management company has acquired shares of PODRAVKA d.d. of the PODR-R-A ticker as follows:
- for AZ Profit has acquired 286 ordinary shares,
- for AZ Dalekovod has acquired 412 ordinary shares,
- for AZ HKZP has acquired 917 ordinary shares,
- for AZ VIP has acquired 249 ordinary shares,
- for AZ Zagreb has acquired 106 ordinary shares,
- for Auto Hrvatska has acquired 30 ordinary shares.
Shares have been acquired by trading at the Zagreb Stock Exchange on 11th October 2012 at an average price of HRK 247.00 per share.
