Closing of the transaction for the sale of Deltis Pharm Pharmacies

Following to the previous notice dated December 29, 2025 "Signing of the Deltis Pharm Pharmacies sale and purchase agreement", the company Podravka Inc, Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252 hereby notifies that on January 15, 2026 the buyer Farmacia Holding d.o.o. paid the purchase price to the company Belupo Inc for the purchase of Deltis Pharm Pharmacies, which fulfilled all the conditions of the sale and purchase agreement and the transaction was closed.
