Re: Notification on conclusion the Agreement on the sale and purchase of a business share of PODRAVKA LLC Ljubljana
Further to the previous notification on May 29th 2025 on the approval of the intra-group transaction through which PODRAVKA Inc. acquires 100% of the business share in PODRAVKA LLC. Ljubljana, we would like to inform you that today PODRAVKA Inc. and ŻITO LLC, Ljubljana entered into an Agreement on the sale and purchase of a business share in the company PODRAVKA LLC Ljubljana. Date for the business share is July 1st 2025.
Until now, PODRAVKA LLC Ljubljana was 100% owned by ZITO LLC Ljubljana, which is part of the Podravka Group. With this transaction PODRAVKA Inc. will become the direct owner of PODRAVKA LLC Ljubljana, as is the case with other sales companies within the Podravka Group.
