Signing of the Deltis Pharm Pharmacies sale and purchase agreement

Following to the previous notice dated December 10, 2025, "Belupo sells Deltis Pharm Pharmacies", the company Podravka Inc, Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252 hereby notifies that, after the successful conclusion of negotiations, on December 29, 2025 Belupo Inc as the seller and the pharmacy chain Farmacia Holding d.o.o. as the buyer, owned by Atlantic Grupa, signed the sale and purchase agreement for the Deltis Pharm Pharmacies. The planned closing of the transaction is by the end of January 2026.
