Re: Žito Ltd, Ljubljana entered into contract for the sale of the real estate property – notice Inside information

In accordance with the Podravka Group Business Strategy 2021-2025, ŽITO Ltd., Ljubljana, Slovenia, entered on 30th September 2022 into contract for sale of the real estate property at location of Ljubljana, Moskovska Street 1.

The sale of the real estate property as an integral part of the Podravka Group Business Strategy, includes the restructuring and modernisation of the Žito Group (Zaokret Žita) as well as the sale of its non-operating properties along with the optimisation of production sites.

One of the aims of the Strategy is to increase the efficiency of the Žito Group by putting stronger focus on the bakery segment in order to successfully transform the company to be in line with market trends and to make its market position on the market in the bakery segment stronger.

After the concluded process, a total area of 95.505 m² has been sold to company Boscarol Ltd, Slovenia.
