Re: PIK Vrbovec meat program acquisition – notice

Pursuant to the Capital Market Law and the Rules of The Zagreb Stock Exchange, we hereby inform you that on 7th April 2014, Contracts have been concluded on transfer of trademarks, recipes and equipment and on acquiring the business of production and sales of canned meat pates and canned meat products, between PODRAVKA Inc. and PIK Vrbovec d.d.

With these stated Contracts PODRAVKA Inc. is acquiring the canned meat program and brands of PIK Vrbovec d.d. for further production and sales to all markets.
