Re: Acquisition of PODRAVKA Inc. shares
PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252 (the Company), hereby notifies that Davor Doko. Member of the Management Board of PODRAVKA Inc. based on realization of the Company share purchase option right, on December 2nd 2022 purchased 2,500 ordinary shares of at an average weighted price for the year 2017 of HRK 352.15 per share, which amounted to a total of HRK 880,375.00 and on December 5th 2022 purchased 2.500 ordinary shares of at an average weighted price for the year 2017 of HRK 352.15 per share, which amounted to a total of HRK 880,375.00.
The shares' average daily price on December 2nd 2022 was HRK 642.00, which makes the total of HRK 1,605,000.00, and shares' average daily price on December 5th 2022 was HRK 632.19, which makes the total of HRK 1,580,475.00 so the difference between the price at which the shares were purchased from the Company and the shares' average daily price is a total of HRK 1.424.725.00 which represents the basis for the calculation of tax benefits and determining the amount that belongs to Member of the Management Board of PODRAVKA Inc Davor Doko.
