PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252 hereby notifies that Ksenija Punčikar, Director of Finance Department of BELUPO Inc. based on realization of the Company share purchase option right, on November 28th 2022 acquired 2,000 ordinary shares of at an average weighted price for the year 2018 of HRK 316.52 per share, which amounted to a total of HRK 633,040.00 and 2,000 ordinary shares of at an average weighted price for the year 2019 of HRK 429.13 per share, which amounted to a total of HRK 858,260.00.
