PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252 hereby notifies that Marko Đerek, Member of the Management Board of BELUPO Inc. based on realization of the Company share purchase option right, on October 31st 2022 purchased 7,500 ordinary shares of the Company at an average weighted price for the year 2018 of HRK 316.52 per share, which amounted to a total of HRK 2,373,900.00.

By trading on Zagreb Stock Exchange Marko Đerek released 7,500 ordinary shares of the Company on November 2nd 2022.
