Re: Acquisition and release of PODRAVKA Inc. shares based on share option rights - Notice
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 19 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse, Article 474 of the Capital Market Law and Article 116 of the Stock Exchange Rules, PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252 (the Company), hereby notifies that on 21st November 2018, the Company acquired 2,000 ordinary shares of the Company with the ticker PODR-R-A, which represents 0,028090% of the Company's share capital - for the purpose of execution of share purchase option rights of the Company shares.
On 23rd November 2018 the Company has released the above mentioned ordinary shares of the Company for the purpose of execution of the Company's share purchase option right of Ms. Branka Perković - Senior Vice President for Corporate Governance.
On the same day Ms. Branka Perković released the acquired 2,000 ordinary shares of the Company, at the average price of HRK 358.00 per share.
After mentioned acquisition and release of the shares, the number of the Company's own shares issued with voting rights remained unchanged - the treasury account of the Company holds 145,775 of the own shares, which is 2,047401 % of the Company's share capital.
All herein mentioned acquisition and release of the shares of PODRAVKA Inc. were executed by trading on the Zagreb Stock Exchange - through the authorised broker Zagrebačka banka d.d.
In accordance with the Implementing Regulation No. 2016/523, information about the transaction are stated in the Template for the Notifications on the transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them, and for the disclosure of those transactions - and which Template is enclosed to this Notice.
