Pursuant to the provisions of Article 19 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse. Article 464 of the Capital Market Law and Article 116 of the Stock Exchange Rules, PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252 (the Company), hereby notifies that on 5th March 2018, Mr. Marko Đerek, Member of the Management Board of the Company, acquired 300 ordinary shares of the Company with the ticker PODR-R-A at the average price of HRK 265.00 per share.
