Supervisory Board and also president of the Management Board of PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE Joint Stock Company for Compulsory Pension Funds management, PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčević 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252, hereby informs that PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE Joint Stock Company for Compulsory Pension Funds management has acquired 13 ordinary shares of PODRAVKA Inc. of the PODR-R-A ticker for PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE Compulsory Pension Fund category B.

Shares have been acquired by trading at the Zagreb Stock Exchange on 4 th January 2016 at an average price of HRK 325.19 per share.
