Pursuant to the Capital Market Law and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, and considering the fact that Mr. Petar Vlaić is the member of Podravka Inc. Supervisory Board and also procurator of Erste DMD d.o.o. voluntary pension funds management company, Podravka Inc., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252, hereby informs as follows:

• Erste DMD d.o.o. voluntary pension funds management company has acquired for Zatvoreni dobrovoljni cestarski pension fund 40 ordinary shares of Podravka Inc. of the PODR-R-A ticker,
• shares have been acquired by trading at the Zagreb Stock Exchange on 27th December 2013 at an average price of HRK 254.50 per share.
