Pursuant to the Capital Market Law and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, Podravka Inc., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252, hereby notifies that Mr Zvonimir Mršić, President of the Management Board of Podravka Inc., acquired 15 ordinary shares of Podravka Inc. with the symbol PODR-R-A.

The shares have been acquired by trading on Zagreb Stock Exchange on 3 rd July 2013 at an average price of HRK 239.79.
