Re: PODRAVKA Inc. General Meeting Held, New Chairman of the Supervisory Board Mr. Dubravko Štimac Elected
At today's General Meeting of PODRAVKA Inc., a decision was made appointing Mr. Dubravko Štimac as a member of the Supervisory Board of PODRAVKA Inc. for a four-year term starting on October 20, 2025. With the appointment of Mr. Dubravko Štimac, the resignation of Mr. Ante Jelčić as a member of the Supervisory Board of PODRAVKA d.d. comes into effect, as announced on September 5, 2025.
At the Supervisory Board meeting of PODRAVKA Inc. held following the General Meeting, Mr. Dubravko Štimac was elected as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PODRAVKA Inc. effective from October 20, 2025, replacing Mr. Damir Grbavac in this role, who remains a member of the Supervisory Board.
