Re: Notification of appointment of the Member of the Management Board of BELUPO Inc.
At the session of the Supervisory Board of BELUPO Inc. held on September 3d 2025 a decision on appointment Mr. Nenad Pavletić as the third Member of the Management Board of BELUPO Inc. was reached.
Mr. Pavletićs term of the appointment begins on September 15th 2025 and shall terminate upon the expiry of the term of the Management Board of BELUPO Inc. as a whole, May 3rd 2028.
