Re: Notification of appointment of the President and Member of the Management Board of BELUPO Inc.
At today's meeting of the Supervisory Board of BELUPO Inc., a Decision on the appointment of the President and a Member of the Management Board of BELUPO Inc. was reached, whereby the President of the Management Board Hrvoje Čeović, PhD, and the Member of the Management Board Tihomir Heđever were reappointed to these positions, with a mandate until May 3rd 2028.
The mandate of the Member of the Management Board Marko Đerek will expire on May 3rd 2025.
