Re: Resolution on the appointment of the president and members of PODRAVKA Inc. Management Board - notice

Pursuant to the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16th April 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation), the Capital Market Law and the Stock Exchange Rules, we hereby notify that the session of the Supervisory Board of PODRAVKA Inc. was held on February 4 th 2022, where the decision on the appointment of PODRAVKA Inc. Management Board was reached.

The following persons are appointed to the PODRAVKA Inc. Management Board:

The term of the appointed PODRAVKA Inc. Management Board president and members begins on February 24th 2022 and lasts until February 23th 2027, except for the appointed Management Board member Ivan Ostojić – whose term begins on July 1st 2022 and shall terminate upon the expiry of the term of the Management Board as a whole.
