Pursuant to the Capital Market Law and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, we hereby notify that Supervisory Board of ŽITO d.d. at today's session provided compliance to the acquisition of 100% business share of the company PODRAVKA d.o.o., Ljubljana by ŽITO d.d.

At the same session of the Supervisory Board of ŽITO d.d., new elected president of the Supervisory Board is Zvonimir Mršić, PODRAVKA Inc. Management Board president while new appointed member is Milan Tadić, senior vice president at PODRAVKA Inc. in charge of Adria region.
