Pursuant to the Capital Market Law and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, we hereby announce that the sessions of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board of PODRAVKA Inc. have been scheduled for 30th July 2015 and 31st July 2015 respectively in order to adopt a Program on Purchase of the Own Shares.
