Subject: Jadranka Ivanković – Agreement to terminate the mandate of a member of the Management Board

At the session held on 22nd December, 2014 the Supervisory Board of Podravka Inc. agreed to the termination of mandate of the member of the Management Board of Podravka, Ms Jadranka Ivanković, according to which the termination shall enter into force on 22nd December, 2014.

Ms. Jadranka Ivankovic was appointed a member of the Management Board of Podravka Inc. on 24th February, 2012. As a member of the Management Board she was specifically responsible for marketing, research and development, optimization of the product portfolio, categories and brands and new product development.

Ms. Jadranka Ivankovic shall continue her further career outside of Podravka Inc. in her area of expertise and interest.
