Re: New appointments within Podravka d.d.

At today's Management Board session presided by Zvonimir Mršić, for the first time all of the members of the new Board participated and reached several resolutions regarding changes within organization.

New IT department director is Goran Međurečan, previously IT director at Belupo.

Apart from this appointment, the Production department head is also changed. Zoran Bakliža, former Technologies director at business program Beverages, is appointed new director of the Production department.

New appointments come into force as of 15 March 2012.

Apart from the stated appointments, Management Board also reached a resolution on reducing contracted, fixed salaries for employees within Podravka Group. Contracted, fixed salaries will be reduced by 10 to 20 percent, resulting in significant annual savings in employees costs.
