Re: Management and Supervisory Board of PODRAVKA Inc. held its sessions - Notice

Pursuant to the Capital Market Law and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, we hereby inform that on 13th February 2015 the Management Board and Supervisory Board of PODRAVKA Inc. have held its sessions as was previously announced.

At the above mentioned sessions the interim non-audited financial statements of PODRAVKA Group and PODRAVKA Inc. for the period 1 st January to 31st December 2014 have been considered and approved.

The interim non-audited financial statements of PODRAVKA Group and PODRAVKA Inc. for the period from 1st January to 31st December 2014 will be published at the Zagreb Stock Exchange, HANFA, HINA and PODRAVKA Inc. web site.
