The General Meeting is being convened to table the standard shareholder resolutions (normally tabled at the Annual General Meeting) relating to receiving the audited financial statements, receiving the auditors' and directors' reports on the audited financial statements, approving the directors' remuneration report and policy and the appointment and remuneration of our auditors.

Hard copies of the these documents will be posted today to shareholders who have elected to receive them in paper form.
