Mit der polnischen Salomon Industries S.A. hat die Plambeck Neue Energien AG die Gründung des Gemeinschaftsunternehmens “Plambeck Energy” vereinbart. Der Kooperationsvertrag wurde am 04. Oktober in Berlin unterzeichnet. Ziel des neuen Unternehmens ist der Ausbau der Windenergie in Polen. Die ersten Projekte in Polen sind bereits konkret. Dabei geht es um die Errichtung von zwei Windparks mit einem Investitionsvolumen von zusammen rund 110 Millionen DM. Die Projekte an windstarken Standorten nahe der polnischen Ostseeküste können in den Jahren 2001 und 2002 realisiert werden. Sowohl die notwendige Infrastruktur als auch die Flächen stehen zur Verfügung. Der Markt für erneuerbare Energien in Polen ist noch nicht erschlossen. Das neue Unternehmen unter Beteiligung der bei Windkraftprojekten seit Jahren erfahrenen Plambeck Neue Energien AG wird als eines der ersten auf dem polnischen Markt tätig. Nachdem die notwendigen Voraussetzungen für eine zeitnahe Realisierung der Windparkprojekte geschaffen wurden, folgt jetzt die Gründung des Gemeinschaftsunternehmens. Die “Plambeck Energy” wird Entwicklung, Projektierung, Errichtung und Betrieb von Windparks übernehmen. The Plambeck Neue Energien AG, Cuxhaven, working in all areas of renewable energies, is now involved in Poland. Plambeck Neue Energien AG and the polish Salomon industries S.A. agreed on the foundation of a joint venture, the “Plambeck Energy”. The cooperation contract was signed on 04 October 2000 in Berlin. Goal of this new company is the extension of wind energy in Poland. The first projects in Poland are already concrete. They are dealing with the construction of two wind parks with a total investment volume of about 110 Million DM. These projects located in areas with strong wind near the polish Baltic coast can be realized in the years 2001 and 2002. The necessary infrastructure as well as the locations are available. The market for renewable energies in Poland has not been developed yet. With participation of the in windpower projects experienced company Plambeck Neue Energien AG, the new company will be one of the first of its kind operating on the polish market. The foundation of the new company takes place after the necessary preconditions are met. The “Plambeck Energy” will take over the development, projecting, construction and operation of the wind park.
