The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– Plambeck Neue Energien AG: Total Sales and Result more than doubled Cuxhaven, March 18th, 2002 – In the business year 2001 the Plambeck Neue Energien AG achieved total sales of Euro 205.98 m (previous year: Euro 97.3 m) This is equivalent to an increase of 111 percent. With Euro 20.01 m (previous year: Euro 7.9 m) the result before taxes was more than doubled (plus 153 percent). This is the best result in the history of the Plambeck Neue Energien AG. The growth of the company is based on the project planning of wind farms, equity sales, the service for wind farms and the activities in the project planning of biomass power plants. The result per share increased to Euro 0.92 (previous year: Euro 0.58). The supervisory board of the Plambeck Neue Energien AG established these figures which were certified by auditors. The Annual Report will be published by the Plambeck Neue Energien AG on March 26th, 2002 in Frankfurt/Main.
