PNE AG: Increase of the Bond 2022/27 by € 10 million

Cuxhaven, 16 May 2025 – PNE AG has increased its Bond 2022/27 (ISIN: DE000A30VJW3) by € 10 million to a volume of € 65 million in the course of a private placement. The placement was made to institutional investors, whose corresponding acquisition interest had previously been actively approached to PNE AG.

The proceeds from the issue are to be invested in financing further growth and for general business purposes.

The Bond is listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in the Quotation Board segment (Open Market).
