Cuxhaven, 18th November 2013 - Today the Danish company, DONG Energy A/S,
announced that it has taken the decision to construct and finance the 'Gode
Wind' 1 and 2 offshore wind farms in the North Sea. PNE WIND AG developed
the 'Gode Wind' offshore wind farms and sold them to DONG Energy in 2012.
PNE WIND AG will continue to act as the service provider for DONG Energy in
the development of these projects.

The sales contract includes an agreement to make milestone payments upon
reaching specified project stages. One of these milestones is this decision
to construct and finance the projects which has now been taken by DONG
Energy. PNE WIND AG is therefore receiving an additional milestone payment
amounting to EUR 45 million.
