Cuxhaven, 17 June 2015 - The Annual General Meeting of PNE WIND AG held on
June 16, ended without results. As the results were not made available
before midnight, the meeting had to be adjourned. A new date has not yet
been set, but the date should be determined as soon as possible. The
current Supervisory Board members will thus remain in office.

The Management Board will continue to focus on the operating business, in
which a new milestone in international development was recently achieved
with the sale of the UK wind project pipeline.
