Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), this is to inform you that Mr. Chandra Prakash, vide his letter dated November 28, 2025, has tendered his resignation as Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) & Chief Information Security Officer of the Company effective from closure of business hours of November 28, 2025. Accordingly, his last working day is today i.e. November 28, 2025.

The requisite details as per Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations read with Master Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, are given in Annexure A and the copy of the resignation letter is annexed herewith at Annexure B.

The Board will appoint his successor within stipulated timeline and the stock exchanges will be intimated accordingly.
