Patriot Battery Metals Inc. (ASX: PMT) – Admission and Quotation
Description
Patriot Battery Metals Inc. (‘PMT’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX on Monday, 5 December 2022.
The securities of PMT will commence quotation at 12.00 PM AEDT on Wednesday, 7 December 2022.
The shares of PMT will be settled in the form of CHESS Depositary Interests (‘CDIs’) at a ratio of 10 CDIs: 1 share.
PMT raised $4,200,000 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 9 November 2022 by the issue of 7,000,000 CDIs at an issue price of $0.60 per CDI.
