("Plus500" or "the Company")
Grant of Restricted Share Units and Ordinary shares awards
Plus500, a global multi-asset fintech group operating technology-based trading platforms, announces that on 31 December 2023 it granted Restricted Share Units ("RSUs"), LTIP awards and ordinary shares under the Company's 2024 deferred bonus scheme, to Executive Directors, PDMRs and/or their PCAs and certain employees of the Company and its subsidiaries, in respect of their remuneration packages for the 2024 financial year, as follows:
· 207,350 RSUs over Ordinary Shares to certain PDMRs and/or their PCAs, in respect of their remuneration packages for the 2024 financial year. Each RSU represents an unfunded, unsecured right to receive, on the applicable settlement date, one Ordinary Share (subject to certain performance goals and to the terms of the Company's 2020 Equity Incentive Plan).
· 320,885 RSUs over Ordinary Shares to certain employees of the Company and its subsidiaries, in respect of their remuneration packages for the 2024 financial year. Each RSU represents an unfunded, unsecured right to receive, on the applicable settlement date, one Ordinary Share (subject to certain performance goals and to the terms of the Company's 2020 Equity Incentive Plan).
· LTIP awards in respect of 244,376 Ordinary Shares under the Company's 2024 LTIP awards to Executive Directors and PDMRs and/or their PCAs. On 31 December 2026, the vesting date, the Company will announce the number of Ordinary Shares (out of the Ordinary Shares held in treasury) which have vested. The number of Ordinary Shares to be allotted for the 2024 LTIP awards will be calculated based on a price of 1,467 pence per Ordinary Share as adjusted for shareholder returns.
· LTIP awards in respect of 71,700 Ordinary Shares under the Company's 2024 LTIP awards to PDMRs and/or their PCAs. On 31 December 2026, the vesting date, the Company will announce the number of Ordinary Shares (out of the Ordinary Shares held in treasury) which have vested. The number of Ordinary Shares to be allotted for the 2024 LTIP awards will be calculated based on a price of 1,467 pence per Ordinary Share as adjusted for shareholder returns.
· 162,918 Ordinary Shares under the Company's 2024 deferred bonus scheme. The number of Ordinary Shares to be allotted for the 2024 deferred bonus scheme will be calculated based on a price of 1,467 pence per Ordinary Share as adjusted for shareholder returns.
