Plus500, a leading online service provider for trading Contracts for Difference internationally, announces that today it has issued 5,280 ordinary shares of NIS 0.01 ("Ordinary Shares") out of the Ordinary Shares held in treasury to certain persons to satisfy deferred payments due to them under the Company's 2019 bonus scheme. The number of ordinary shares allotted was calculated based on the ordinary share price at a price of 1,370 pence per share as adjusted for dividends.

Following the issue of these shares, the number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 103,456,734 (excluding treasury shares), and the Company will hold 11,436,923 ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total voting rights in Plus500 will be 103,456,734. This figure for the total number of voting rights may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
