Further to the company's report, dated March 27, 2024 regarding capital consolidation in the Company's shares (US72942G1040), the capital consolidation not yet been completed in DTC.

Therefore, trading in the company's shares on Tel Aviv Stock Exchange will not resume until the capital consolidation in DTC is completed.
