The sale represents 50% of shares acquired on-market by Mr Henderson since December 2024.
Following completion of the transaction, Mr Henderson will continue to hold approximately 2.8 million shares and vested but unexercised performance rights in the Company, in addition to unvested equity incentive instruments.
This is Mr Henderson's first share sale since 1 September 2023.
