Item 1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

On July 3, 2012, Plexus Corp. (the “Company”) entered into a definitive agreement with Miron Construction Co., Inc. for the construction of the Company’s previously announced new manufacturing facility in Neenah, Wisconsin for a total cost of up to $52 million (the “Agreement”). On-site construction of the facility is expected to begin in July 2012 and be complete by the fall of 2013.

The foregoing description of the Agreement does not purport to be complete and is qualified in its entirety by reference to the full text of the Agreement, which is attached as Exhibit 10.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
