The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. —————————————————————————— plenum AG: Awarded Second Million Euro Contract From Government of Dubai – plenum now successful with consulting business in Dubai – plenum subsidiary in Dubai will start with order volume of several million Euros Wiesbaden, September 27, 2006 – plenum AG (Prime Standard, ISIN DE 0006901002), a consultancy firm specialising in strategic solutions with a distinct IT focus for banks, insurance companies, logistics and utilities, and supplemented by the communications business acquired in 2000, has been awarded another million Euro budget by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) of the Government of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. RTA commissioned plenum to develop an integrated marketing strategy and to implement efficient marketing governance structures. Concurrently, after having been commissioned as Lead Agency for the Dubai Metro transport project in June 2006, wholly-owned advertising agency plenum stoll & fischbach has been appointed Lead Agency for all communications and marketing campaigns of RTA. It will be the job of plenum to ensure that marketing concepts of RTA conform to the organisation’s strategy. The contract’s duration lasts until the end of the year 2007, but an annual extension was agreed. By winning this contract, plenum was able to win once more in two months against a strong international competition in Dubai and received the first consulting project in this very dynamic growth market. Being in the course of formation, plenum AG’s subsidiary in the UAE will be responsible for business development and servicing clients in the Middle East region. The company will start its first year with an order backlog of several million Euros.
