On May 06, 2008 , Mr Heinz Stoll, Deutschland has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
plenum AG, Wiesbaden, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006901002, WKN: 690100, have
fallen below the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on April 29, 2008 and now
amount to 4.88% (this corresponds to 573496 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 4.88% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 573496 Voting Rights) is to be
