according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on plenum AG, Wiesbaden, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006901002, WKN:
690100, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on October 17, 2008
and now amount to 3.23% (this corresponds to 380000 Voting Rights).
