On July 20, 2007 , Mr Michael Bauer, Deutschland has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
plenum AG, Wiesbaden, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006901002, WKN: 690100, have
fallen below the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on July 02, 2007 and now
amount to 4.09% (this corresponds to 480800 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 4.09% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 480800 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Bauer from MUB Vermögensverwaltung i.L., Moos.
