The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. —————————————————————————— plenum AG: Extension of the Management Board Wiesbaden, 8 June 2005 The Supervisory Board of plenum AG has decided to adjust the Management Board according to the organisational changes owing to the refocusing strategy. As a result of plenum AG’s concentration on consulting services, Michael Rohde was appointed a member of the Management Board to intensively expand the consulting business in this role. Michael Rohde (45 years old) has been managing director of plenum Management Consulting since 2001 already and previously gained management and consultancy experience in companies which operate on an international level. In future the finance department will be independently represented in the Management Board again. For this purpose Andreas Janssen (38 years) was appointed financial director. He has been at plenum for six and a half years and previously gained several years of in-ternational experience in controlling, accounting and sales & distribution at Siemens AG. Thus, the Management Board is being extended by persons, who have already assumed management tasks in the company for several years. Through this adjustment to the structure of the Management Board plenum is increasing its focus on the operative business and sales without having to enlarge the management team as a whole.
