FINAL PAYMENT UNDER THE AGREEMENT FOR THE SALE OF A LAND PLOT IN LODZ, POLAND

Plaza Centers N.V. ("Plaza" or the "Company") announces today, further to its announcement dated October 10, 2019, regarding signing a definitive agreement for the sale of its remaining holdings in the land Plot in Lodz, Poland (circa 47,860 sqm) for a total gross consideration of approximately €1.10 million, that the Company has received the remaining consideration in the amount of approximately €550,000.
