Sale of Land Plot in Lodz, Poland

Plaza Centers N.V. ("Plaza" or the "Company") announces that, further to the note in its Financial Statements for the six months ended 30 June 2018, the Company has managed to conclude and sell the land plot in Lodz, Poland, known as "Lodz Residential", for a consideration of PLN 1.3 million (circa 0.3 EUR million).
