Trading Suspension on the Warsaw Stock Exchange

Plaza Centers N.V. ("Plaza" or the "Company") announces today that further to its announcement on 23 June 2021 in which the Company informed it had applied for suspension of trading of its shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the Company has been informed that the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange resolved on 23 June 2021 to suspend the trading in Company's shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange from 28 June 2021.  Accordingly, the last day of trading of Plaza's shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (before the suspension) will be 25 June 2021.
