Playtech plc has been notified of the following dealings in its ordinary shares:

On 26 June 2019, John Krumins, Non-Executive Director, purchased 4,250 shares at a price of £4.04 per share and 3,500 shares at a price of £4.06 per share.

On 26 June 2019, John Jackson, Non-Executive Director, purchased 5,000 shares at a price of £4.08947 per share.
